SOMEONE HAS STOLEN OR ACCESS TO THIS TECH.
I noticed my privacy has been invaded since nov..2014 but figured they have been watching me longer then that. i have no privacy at all. follow me everywhere, car, work everywhere i go.
They use it to subliminally put thought into me and others at a high frequency 10k or higher. it is speed up it sound and sent to peoples "distinct radio frequencies." can cause depression suicide or to just go crazy.
if you bite down on your rear molers that hum you may or may not hear will get higher.
i have instruction below to capture and increase volume. please read below.
i am from Fresno ca. this person goes by FRANKLIN. not sure if real name but i have heard him talking and someone calling him FRANKLIN from capturing audio and adjusting using adobe audition and Nero wave editor ( Effect Voice Modification)
this is what i have figured out. he will say every move you make or say before u speak it. Reason is .......
this is how he does it.step by step
1. your mind will put out what you are thinking first, thats what he can hear thru software.
2. what you are thinking about right before you do it,he already know because your mind spoke it, this is about a 10-20 sec. delay.
so if i was thinking about getting something from the table, my mind already thought of it, you don't realize this. thats the 10-20 sec delay

there has been someone messing with me using tech that uses high frequencies 32.k thru 100k. they possible have stolen tech from somewhere. when i bite down on my teeth i can hear. not sure where they said they are from they said a few areas, FRAINT CA, MODESTO, CLOVIS. they have been messing with me for awhile. they have been watching my computer for some time. my ex girlfriend .she may know them... have audio of them that has been embedded into some old videos of me that they had viewed thru my computer. as they hacked into my comp. they viewed these videos and their audio was embedded into my system at a frequency of 32.5k - 300. when using adobe audition u can select these frequency and clean up to hear their conversation as they viewed me. you can hear them say my ex girlfriend name
this is happening to me now also these people have been using to subliminally at high speed and high frequency to input thoughts in my head 32.k -200 or more.

from what i have learned your brain puts out a signal before u think it then you speak it.. so

they also echo back your voice but change it to sound like someone is responding to you. there is pitch i think is a vocal octatone (human voice tone) they say the first part of a sentence then your brain fills in the rest.

Whats has and still happening to me
There has been someone messing with me using tech
